3. User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Memberships & Billing

EdgeEight offers monthly membership plans.

· Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

· You can cancel your membership anytime, effective at the end of your billing cycle.

· We may change pricing or membership features with prior notice.

Certain members may have discounted access via presale, referral codes, or partner programs. These may be subject to additional terms.

5. Community Conduct

Our Services include access to live classes, shared discussions, group interactions, and virtual or in-person community spaces. You agree to:

• Participate respectfully and professionally;
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, spamming, or unauthorized promotion;
• Honor the confidentiality of others’ shared experiences.

Violation of these principles may result in immediate suspension or removal from the platform.

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting support@edgeeightcollective.com. All fees already paid are non-refundable.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EdgeEight Collective and its affiliates, instructors, or partners will not be liable for:

· Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

· Loss of data, profits, or business;

· Any claim exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.
