Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 10th, 2025

At EdgeEight Collective, we’re committed to providing transformative, time-efficient wellness experiences for high-performing professionals. Because our Services include immediate access to digital content and live offerings, our refund policy is intentionally clear and simple.


1. All Sales Are Final

All membership purchases (monthly, quarterly, annual) are non-refundable once processed. This includes:

Access to live sessions, on-demand content, or digital downloads

Participation in community spaces or group experiences

Prepaid discounted plans (e.g., Founder pricing, promotional bundles)


2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support@edgeeightcollective.com.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

You will retain access through the remainder of your active period.

After cancellation, you will not be charged for future renewals.


3. Exceptions

We do not provide refunds except in the following rare cases:

Duplicate charges: If you were mistakenly charged more than once.

Platform error: If a technical failure prevented access to the service for more than 7 consecutive days.

Local consumer law requirements: If applicable law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund or cancellation right.

If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us within 7 days of the issue at support@edgeeightcollective.com with your full name, email address, transaction receipt, and a short explanation.


4. Presale & Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member and Presale discounts are offered in exchange for early trust and commitment. These plans are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may include exclusive perks or extensions that we’ll communicate clearly at purchase.


5. Class/Event Rescheduling

If we cancel a live class, workshop, or special event for any reason, we will offer a replay, reschedule, or comparable replacement. We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts.
